Healthy Vanilla Coconut Bliss Ball Recipe
In a rather unfortunate turn of events that is 2020, Berlin is now in lockdown 2.0. But to ease the pain and curb the cravings we are sharing one of our favorite recipes. Made with wholesome and natural plant-based ingredients, these balls taste like famous German Raffaello - but a healthy version. They will bring back summer during another day of quarantine.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond flour
200g coconut flour we get it from Palmyra Delights or coconut flakes

1/2 cup maple syrup
dash of vanilla
1 tbsp coconut oil
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. A food processor is not needed for this ones. Roll balls of 30g each. If you use a food processor you may use whole almonds instead of almond flour.
Are to be enjoyed with not one ounce of guilt.
